PTTI as the name itself suggest PROFESSIONAL TEACHERS TRANING INSTITUTE, Our Journey started 10 years back when some Primary school teachers & Preschool teachers came to our institute with an urge to develop their Public Speaking Skills. During that time we thought they would be developed teachers and they are here to develop their Public Speaking Skills but very soon we came to know that not only their Public speaking skills, but other skills like basic Conversation skills, Handlingskills, Class management skills, Delivery of lectures, Student Engagments, knowledge of curriculum and application of that in the class weremissing, on further evaluation and research we came to know that they even lack PASSION & ENTHUSISAM. This is the real condition of 60 % teachers as per the research.

It has been observed that when kids in primary & secondary section is not doing well in studies & other activities than every body blames preschool and their teachers and it is right also as during those years with lack of proper experience & Knowledge teachers are not able to develop kids in various areas. Teachers’ training is not only about rhymes and traditional methods of teachings but it is far more beyond that.

PTTI understood the need of development of those teachers& of Aspiring teachers from (Preschools, Play School, kindergarten Schools, Day care centers, Anganwadis). First 6-7 years of kids life is very crucial for learning and development, as a responsible teacher it’s the duty of the teacher to develop &enhance those skills with proper training.
